Был ли СССР стороной во вьетнамской войне 1965-75гг.? Вьетнаму СССР помогал и оружием, и военными советниками. Однако мирные переговоры в Париже Киссинджеру все же пришлось вести не с Громыко, а с Ле Дык Тхо.
